γ-干扰素对感染都匀亚洲牛带绦虫小鼠血清γ-GT活性的影响

Influence of γ-Interferon on the Activity of Serum γ-Glutanyl Transpeptide in the Mice Infected With Taenia Saginata Asiatica

摘要 目的探讨γ-干扰素(γ-IFN)对感染都匀亚洲牛带绦虫小鼠血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)活性的影响。方法采用都匀亚洲牛带绦虫感染小鼠制作动物模型,于感染后第4周、第8周皮下注射γ-IFN每天一次,每只小鼠10u,连续4周,抽血检测γ-GT活性并进行分析。结果比较两对照组,都匀亚洲牛带绦虫囊尾蚴入侵小鼠体内导致血清γ-GT活性曲线明显升高,比较两注射组,4周龄组的血清γ-GT活性曲线明显升高,而8周龄组的曲线则比较平稳。结论γ-IFN在8周龄注射比4周龄注射效果好,各组曲线作函数回归处理,呈现指数函数规律。 Objective:To investigate the change of the activity of γ -Glutanyl Transpeptide (γ -GT) in serum of the mice infected with Taenia Saginata asiatica and treated with γ -interferon( γ -IFN). Methods: The mice infected with Taenia Saginata asiatica were treated with γ - IFN(10u/day) through Subcutaneous injections at fourth and eighth week after infection, All the mice were observed for the condition of injection at 4 weeks and at 8 weeks, Serum content of γ - GT were detected by diazo reaction. Results: Comparing the two control groups, the activity of serum γ - GT was increased after being invaded by the Taenia Saginata asiatica. Comparing the injecting groups , the activicy curve line of serum γ - GT was increased apparently at the 4 weeks, but the activicy curve line of serum γ - GT was relatively smooth and steady. Conclusion: This test resuhs showed indirectly that efficiency of γ - IFN against than that the Taenia Saginata asiatica aged 4 weeks. All the Taenia Saginata asiatica aged 8 weeks was better the curve lines were dealed with by the function regression and show the exponent function rule.
