摘要
选择合适的教学方法,采取合理的教学手段,达到良好的教学效果,是高职教育者们一直探讨的问题。在坚持将理论与实践相结合的原则基础上,探索“双导师制”的培养方式,以促进高职教育教学改革和发展。
It has been a problem for us to take a rational teaching instrument and proper teaching method to get good teaching result in the teaching of higher vocational education, Exploring two-instructor system provides a new way to solve problem of lacking double-quality teachers and teaching instruments based on principle of theory-practice cooperation and promote teaching reform and development.
