本文针对当前大学生的思想状况,就培养什么人、如何培养人的问题,提出改革与创新思想政治教育是时代提出的新课题。以学习贯彻中央关于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的精神为指导,着重从思想政治教育改革与创新应做好的几个问题进行论述,使之不断贴近思想政治教育工作的实际,积极应对挑战,促进思想政治教育工作的成效。
