On the Introducing of Honor-and-Disgrace Outlook into the University

社会主义荣辱观进高校是引导广大干部群众特别是青少年树立社会主义荣辱观的一项重要工作。要深入学习宣传“八荣八耻”的重要内容,结合公民道德建设的主要内容来进行,结合弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神来进行。要充分发挥课堂教学在社会主义荣辱观教育中的主渠道作用,把社会主义荣辱观教育与社会实践紧密结合起来、与校园文化建设紧密结合起来、与高校教师队伍建设紧密结合起来、与廉政文化进高校工作紧密结合。

The introducing of honor-and-disgrace outlook into the university is an important task in leading the cadres, masses and especially the teenagers to establish the socialist honor-and- disgrace outlook. In combination with the citizen＇s moral construction and the carrying forward of the national spirit that takes patriotism as the core and the epochal attitude that takes reform and innovation as the core, the ＂Eight Honors and Eight Disgraces＂ should be widely publicized and made known to everybody. The main channel of classroom instruction should be given full play in the education of the socialist honor-and-disgrace outlook, combining it closely with the practice of socialism, with the cultural construction of the campus, with the construction of the university＇s teaching forces, and with the introducing of integrity and rightness into universities.
