New Economy View on Change of Capital Organic Structure and Employment

在新经济条件下,资本有机构成出现了由上升转为缓慢下降的趋势,其对社会就业的影响也呈现出复杂化、多样化的特点。在传统产业,资本有机构成仍然表现为上升趋势,对社会就业的影响主要在于量上,且带有双重性。随着社会信息产业比重的增加,资本有机构成缓慢下降,其对社会就业的影响主要在于结构上。我们应该看到这种新变化,寻求解决社会就业问题的有效途径。

In the situation of new economy, capital organic structure shows the tendency of slow decline instead of rise, which brings complex influence on social employment. In traditional industry, capital organic structure is still rising, which causes to employment mainly in quantity with dualistic features. With the increasing of the propotion of information industry , capital organic structure declines slowly, which impacts on social employment mainly in structure. We have to take the change into consideration and look for effective ways to settle the employment issues.
