摘要
高中课程改革实验对校长的领导心理提出了新的要求。然而,自身素质缺乏引起的焦虑感、相互矛盾的现象带来的茫然感等是许多校长在高中课改中普遍存在的心理问题。为此,需要树立心理教育观念,健全校长心理教育机制并帮助校长进行自我调适,通过外减压力、内强素质,促进校长以健康的心理、积极的心态领导高中课程改革。
The experimental reforms of high school curriculum have put forward new demands on their schoolmasters' psychology. However, due to anxieties from lack of corresponding competence as well as the wilderness of contradictions, there is a common psychological problem for high school headmasters in the process of curriculum reforms. Therefore, to set up opinions of psychological education, to improve their psychological educational mechanism and to help themselves adjust their psychology will promote the establishment of sound psychology and active attitude towards the reform by reducing the external pressure and improving the internal competence.
