学校人本管理中若干问题的辨析

本文在探讨人本管理的内涵和特点基础上,对目前学校人本管理中三个问题进行辨析,即学校人本管理是否等同于学校人力资源管理、学校人本管理是否与学校制度管理相冲突、学校人本管理是否要满足所有师生的所有要求。

This paper elaborates on human-based management in school. Based on the connotations and the characteristics of school human-based management, this paper analyzes and discusses some issues about school human-based management, such as whether school human-based management is equal to school human resources management,whether school human-based management conflicts with school system management,and whether school human-based management must satisfy teachers and students＇ need.
