在翻译实践中英汉修辞手法的可译性限度的存在,要求译者针对其表现形式,遵循信息传递原则、美学欣赏原则及文化重构原则,采用对应式换码、重构式换码及淡化式换码等方式进行语际转换,以尽量减少转换过程中的信息“损耗”。

The translatability of English-Chinese figure of speech requires translators, when conducting English-Chinese transformation, to identify the informative principle, the aesthetic principle, the cultural reconstructive principle as the three guidelines in general, and to employ methods of Corresponding, Recasting and Generalizing in order to minimize the information ＂loss＂ in the translation process.
