摘要
本文从时代的发展要求与高校体育教学特点出发,提出了高校体育应大力提倡人性化教学的理念,对高校体育人性化教学的内涵、特征进行阐述,同时就如何在高校体育教学中实施人性化提出几点意见和看法。其目的是为了进一步提高体育教学质量和有效增强学生的体质。
Based on the developing requirements of the modern era and the characteristics of the physical education in universities, the essay puts forward the idea that it＇s necessary to advocate the humanized teaching method of the physical education in universities. Also, the essay expounds the connotation, the characteristics, and the specific implementation of the humanized teaching method, which aims at improving the teaching qualities and strengthening students＇ health condition in nowadays universities.
