摘要
目的 建立五酯分散片中五味子酯甲的高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法 采用Kromasil ODS-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为四氢呋喃-水(35:65),检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为40℃。结果 五味子酯甲在125.2~1002ng具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率98.72%,RSD为0.72%。结论 该方法操作简单,重现性好,适用于五酯分散片中五味子酯甲的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of wuweizi ester A in wuzhi dispersible tablet by HPLC-ELSD. METHODS The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil ODS-C18 column (250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase was tetrahydrofuran-water (35 : 65). The detection wave length was 254 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The column temperature was 40℃. RESULTS The linear range of wuweizi ester A was good within 125.2~1 002 ng, r=0. 999 9, the average recovery was 98. 72% and RSD was 0. 72%. CONCLUSIONS This method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of wuzhi dispersible tablet.
