高效液相色谱法测定五酯分散片中五味子酯甲的含量

Determination of wuweizi ester A in wuzhi dispersible tablet by HPLC

目的 建立五酯分散片中五味子酯甲的高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法 采用Kromasil ODS-C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为四氢呋喃-水（35：65），检测波长为254nm，流速为1．0mL·min^-1，柱温为40℃。结果 五味子酯甲在125．2～1002ng具有良好的线性关系，r=0．9999；平均回收率98．72%，RSD为0．72％。结论 该方法操作简单，重现性好，适用于五酯分散片中五味子酯甲的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of wuweizi ester A in wuzhi dispersible tablet by HPLC-ELSD. METHODS The HPLC system consisted of Kromasil ODS-C18 column （250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was tetrahydrofuran-water （35 ： 65）. The detection wave length was 254 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1. The column temperature was 40℃. RESULTS The linear range of wuweizi ester A was good within 125.2～1 002 ng, r=0. 999 9, the average recovery was 98. 72% and RSD was 0. 72%. CONCLUSIONS This method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of wuzhi dispersible tablet.
