摘要
目的 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定苯酚的含量。方法 以XDB-C18为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(60:40)为流动相,检测波长为268nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为25℃。结果 苯酚在1.6~20μg线性关系良好,r=0.9991,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.3%。结论 该质量标准的研究有效控制了苯酚滴耳液的质量,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。
OBJECTIVE An HPLC method was developed to determine the content of phenol. METHODS It was determined on an XDB-C18 column, using methylalcohol-water (60 : 40) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1 , and was detected at 268 nm. The column temperature was 25℃. RESULTS The linear relationship of the peak area was determined as 1.6~20μg by HPLC, with a regression coefficient of 0. 999 1. The average recovery rate was 99.4%, and RSD=0. 3%. CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of phenol in ear drops.
