摘要
目的 研究胃乐新片中多糖的含量方法。方法 采用正交实验法优选3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定胃乐新片中多糖含量的最佳条件。结果 该方法的最优条件为:3,5-二硝基水杨酸试液用量为1.5mL;反应温度为100℃;显色时间为5min。在最佳条件下,在8.5056~64.0448μg·mL^-1多糖含量与吸收度有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.02%,RSD=1.41%(n=5)。结论 该方法简单、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。
OBJECTIVE To determine polysaccharides content in weilexin tablets. METHODS Orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions of the determination of weilexin tablets by 3, 5- dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetry. RESULTS The best conditions were as follows: 3, 5- dinitrosalicylic acid 1.5 mL, aqueous bath temperature 100℃, and chromogenic time 5min. Within 8. 505 6~64. 044 8μg·mL^-1 , there was a good liner relationship between the concentration of polysaccharides and the absorbance, the average recovery was 100. 02%, and RSD was 1.41% (n= 5). CONCLUSIONS The method is simple, accurate , and can be used for the quality control of weilexin tablets.
