摘要
在产品概念设计过程中,通过与生物个体生长过程的类比,将产品比作生物个体,将零件看作细胞,提出了产品基因概念、特征。又从产品概念结构生长型设计中,提出了产品基因的表示方法和技术支持,并建立了基于产品基因组的概念结构生长型设计过程模型。最后利用软件系统实现了对虎钳夹具的设计。
Rapid and automatic growth of organisms is so fascinating that it has becomes one of the reasons why comes the idea of "Product Gene". The following similar relations can be proposed: Gene in biology→Product Gene, Cell→Part or Component, and Organism→Product. Then, the new concept of "Product Genome" and corresponding conceptual structure growth design models are put forward. Finally, an example of vise fixture based on the Product Genome with the help of software system is introduced.
