From the perspective of discourse translation, the process of translation is actually the translator＇ s subjective choice based on the macro translation context and the micro language level. A translator is first of all a communicator and decision maker, then an interpreter and innovator. Discourse translation manages to combine organically the traditional linguistic perspective with the modem cultural perspective, offering a more complete and systematic new perspective to observe the main body feature of the translator.
