On the Cultivation of Correct Values of College Students Majored in Music

音乐专业大学生中有相当部分价值观存在着一定的偏失,目光短浅、急功近利。观念上重专业轻文化,学习上重技巧轻理论,伦理上重个体轻集体,志向上重眼前轻长远。应坚持以德育为主线,指导他们理顺德与才、技能与文化、个人与集体、眼前与长远的辩证关系,树立正确的价值观。

Students majored in music have some problems in their choosing of values. They tend to pay adequate attention to their major study while give much less effort in studying other courses; they are liable to stress practical techniques but not theories; they emphasize individuality but fail to consider themselves as members of a community. They are short-sighted and do not have a long term planning in their programming of their future.
