碘掺杂聚苯胺催化剂催化合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮

摘要 报道了单质碘掺杂聚苯胺催化剂I_2/PAn的制备,采用正交试验探讨了合成丁酮1.2-丙二醇缩酮的影响因素。实验结果表明,对丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的收率影响最大的是催化剂用量,其次是反应时间和原料摩尔比。碘掺杂聚苯胺催化剂催化合成丁酮1,2-丙二醇缩酮的适宜的反应条件是n(丁酮):n(1,2-丙二醇):1:1.5,w(催化剂)=0.4%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间75min。在上述条件下,丁酮1.2-丙二醇缩酮的收率可达80.8%。 A new environmentally friendly catalyst, I2/PAn was prepared. Butanone 1,2-propanediot ketal ( Ⅰ ) was synthesized from butanone ( Ⅱ ) and 1,2-propanediol (Ⅲ) in the presence of I2/PAn (Ⅳ). Factors influencing the product yield were discussed and the best conditions were found. Experimental result showed that Ⅳ was an excellent catalyst and under the experimental conditions, the most important factor in the synthesis of butanone 1,2-propanediol ketal with I2/PAn is found to be the the dosage of catalyst. Withn( Ⅱ): n(Ⅲ) = 1.0 :1.5, w(Ⅳ) = 0.4%, and reaction time = 75 min, yield of I can reach 80.8%.
