摘要
本文分析了铝电解电容器生产过程中,装配工序造成产品反极的原因,从设备维修策略、设置极性检测装置、动态点检、文明生产等方面,提出了生产商解决产品极性反或严重偏极问题的对策。
The reasons about opposite polarity of aluminum electrolytic capacitor in assembling procedure are analysised. The Countermeasures to resolve problem of opposlte polarity or fearful deflection are Introduced In equipment maintenance policy, set up a special mechanism for checklng up polarlty, dynamic examine and production with civilization.
