西部地区民族教育跨越式发展的思考

The Consider on the Development by Stride Over Type About Ethnic Education in the Western Region

本文剖析了西部民族教育发展落后的现状,指出发展民族教育对西部民族地区发展,科教兴国战略和西部大开发战略的实施都有着重要的意义。要在西部地区民族教育严重落后的情况下,逐步建立起一个具有民族和地区特色,适应民族地区经济和社会发展需要的社会主义民族教育新体系和新的运行机制,民族教育必须实施超常规发展模式。

Through the analysis of the present condition about the backward in the ethnic education of the western region , this article points out the significance between the development of the ethnic education and the development in the western ethnic region, the strategy about how making a country strong by science and education, as well as how making a big development in the western region. Under the circumstance of the deeply backward in the ethnic education of the western region, establishing a new system of socialism about ethnic education and a new performing mechanism gradually with special features in ethnic and region, which is fit for the demand of economical and social development in the ethnic region. Supernormal developed model must be performed in the ethnic education.
