摘要
环境应力筛选(ESS)是保证产品使用可靠性的一种有效方法。论述了环境应力筛选的目的和意义,分析了ESS典型的实践方法,指出ESS的两个认识误区,并对如何在使用过程中实施ESS提出了建议。
Environmental Stress Sreening （ESS） is an effective method to ensure the product reliability. In this paper, the purpose and significance of ESS are discussed and the typical approaches for the implementation of ESS are analyzed. Two mistaken opinions about ESS are presented. Finally, some advices about the implementation of ESS in pratical usage are proposed.
