摘要
燃气管道风险评估可以提高安全管理水平,保证投入的经济合理性。介绍了适合国内城市燃气管道安全评估系统的结构和应用效果。系统依据各个管段的客观数据,用先进科学的数据处理方法,得到管段运行的风险等级,并以不同颜色显示在管道地理信息(GIS)平台上,直接用于安全管理。实际运行情况证实,具有显著的社会和经济效益。
The municipal gas pipeline risk assessment technique can improve safety management level and ensure reasonable investment.Introduced are structures suitable for domestic municipal gas pipeline safety assessment system and their application effects.Based on objective data in each pipeline segment,advanced modes are applied and pipeline risk classes are obtained.The classes are displayed on GIS with different colors and are directly used for safety management.Actual operation results show that the technique has outstanding social and economic benefits.
