摘要
采用曲线拟合、函数构造和最小二乘法等数学方法,成功地建立了重催汽油和高辛烷值芳构化汽油调合时的数学模型,通过对模型的检验,表明具有很好的稳定性和可操作性;在此基础上,运用线性规划,成功地实现了模型的最优化;采用枚举法和计算机编程求解,得到效益最大化的调合方案;指出了模型的局限性和改进方向。
Established is a mathematic model for producing product gasoline by using gasoline from heavy oil catalytic unit and high octane value gasoline of aromatization unit through such mathematic method as curve fit,function structure,method of least squares,liner programming.Test results show that stability and operability of the model are quite good.The most beneficial blending scheme is obtained through enumeration method and computer programming.In addition,the limitation and improvement direction of the model are also pointed out.
