心理社会因素对女性性工作者安全套使用行为的影响

Psychosocial Factors Influencing Condom Use Behavior among Female Sex Workers in China

目的:从心理社会的角度探讨影响女性性工作者安全套使用行为的相关因素。方法:对广西某县3个区域内的454名女性性工作者的安全套使用状况以及心理社会因素对其影响进行调查和分析。结果:在454名女性性工作者中,23.9%在商业性行为中能够持续使用安全套。持续使用安全套被试的自我效能感显著高于不经常使用者。控制相关因素后,安全套使用自我效能感、疾病易感性等心理社会因素显著预测安全套使用行为(OR1.50,95%CI1.17-1.93;OR1.73,95%CI1.06-2.83)。老板(妈咪)的态度和同伴行为也能显著预测女性性工作者的安全套使用行为(OR1.45,95%CI1.01-2.09;OR2.39,95%CI1.68-3.39)。结论:心理社会因素能够较好预测女性性工作者的安全套使用行为。

Objective： To explore the condom use behavior of female sex workers, and assess its association with psychosocial factors, such as condom use self-efficacy, perceived HIV severity, HIV and STD susceptibility, condom use benefit and barrier, and correlated factors. Methods： Cross-sectional study was used to investigate condom use among 454 establishment-based FSWs. Results： Perceived condom use benefit is the most important factor associated with condom use intention （OR 1.50, 95% CI 1.17-1.93）. Perceived HIV and STD susceptibility is an additional predictor for condom use intention （OR 1.73, 95% CI 1.06-2.83）. Excluding the influence of demographic characteristics, gatekeeper＇ s attitude and peer behavior of condom use behavior provided significant additional predictor for condom use behavior of FSWs（OR 1.45, 95% CI !.01-2.09; OR 2.39, 95% CI 1.68-3.39）. Conclusion： The psyehosoeial factors can be utilized to predict behavior of consistent condom use among female sex workers in China.
