199 Practitioners in Psychological Clinic in Beijing City

目的:了解北京市心理门诊从业人员一般状况。方法:应用自编调查表,对245名从业人员进行调查。结果:从业人员总体数量较少,高校人数居多。多数为大学或大学以上学历,月收入3000元以下。2/3感到工作忙碌,收入过低,对婚姻,人际关系和工作环境比较满意。多数感到缺乏培训,督导必要。结论:目前心理门诊从业人员受教育程度和专业背景较前提高,但普遍收入偏低,临床工作中迫切需要增加相关培训,规范收费体制。

Objective： To understand the general condition of practitioners in psychological clinic in Beijing City. Methods： Investigate 245 practitioners：by self-designed questionnaire. Results： The number of the practitioners is small; the majority of them and are in colleges. Most of them have bachelor or higher degrees and their average monthly income is less than ￥3000. Two thirds felt busy, and lower payment, but satisfied with their marriage, interpersonal relationship and working situation. Most of them felt lack of training and thought that supervising would be indispensable to them. Conclusion： By far, the practitioners＂ educational level and professional background have been better than before, but generally have low income. They are eager to get training in practice and to have regulaled payment regulations.
