抗核小体抗体的临床意义

摘要抗核抗体(ANA)对系统性红斑狼疮(system ic lu-pus erythem atosus SLE)敏感性高,特异性低;抗双链DNA抗体(ds-DNA)和抗Sm抗体对SLE有较高的特异性,但敏感性较低;抗核小体抗体(anti-unc leosom e antibody,AnuA)在SLE患者中有较高的敏感性和特异性,出现在SLE的早期,与病情活动、肾脏损害密切相关。联合检测上述抗体,有助于SLE的早期诊断和病情判断。
