做好治理瓦斯的科研、示范与推广工作 关注影响煤矿安全的深层次问题

Do well the scientific research, demonstration as well as the spread work of gas control, pay attention to the in-depth problems affecting coal-mine safety

2006年6月22日,在山西晋城召开的全国煤矿瓦斯治理与利用工作现场会上,中国煤炭工业协会会长、中国工程院院士范维唐同志就加强治理瓦斯的科研、示范与推广工作和影响煤矿安全的深层次问题作了重要讲话。讲话高屋建瓴,言简意赅,提出了许多重大课题和深层思考,对全国煤矿瓦斯治理工作具有重要指导意义。本刊全文发表这篇讲话,以纪念《国务院关于促进煤炭工业健康发展的若干意见》发表一周年。

On jun.22nd , in All-China Coal-mine Gas Control and Utilization Work Conference held in Jincheng city of Shanxi province, Mr. Fan Weitang, the president of China Coal Industry Association and Chinese Institute of Engineers, delivered an important report on how to enhance scientific research, demonstration and popularization work as well as the in-depth problems affecting coal-mine safety. The report operates from a strategically advantageous position, concise and comprehensive, presents some significant questions for discussion, plays an important guiding role to all-China coal-mine gas control work.
