以板坯连铸机为例,分析了支撑辊轴承在使用中存在的主要技术问题;提出了具有自主知识产权的新材料和新型设计结构轴承。新材料和新结构轴承的研发与应用,解决了目前连铸机用轴承在使用过程中存在的主要问题,为提高铸坯质量、替代进口轴承、降低生产成本开辟了一条新渠道。

The article mainly analyzes the essential problem of the special sustained bearing of continuous caster as it works, recommending the professional material and the new design construction with independent knowledge property right. Nowadays, development and application of new material and constructional bearing has solved a series of problems of bearing used in continuous casting, having opened a new path for promoting slab quality and reducing production cost.
