城市是《时代建筑》长期关注的主题之一。在全球城市化进程不断推进的今天，城市空间的快速变迁及其带来的政治，经济和文化效应，越来越为人们所关注。本期我们选择了近期世界上变化最快的城市——上海，和欧洲变化最快的城市——柏林作为报道和研究的对象，将两个日新月异的城市并置在一起。
