柏林蒂尔加滕三角地块历史与更新评述

A Review on the History and Renewal of Tiergarten Dreieck, Berlin

伴随着德国的统一,柏林再次成为大众关注的中心和焦点。1990年代中期,柏林市政府和Groth Gruppe公司联合投资开发了位于柏林外交使馆区的Tiergarten Dreieck地块项目,这块历尽战争沧桑、见证国家历史的土地终于被赋予了新的功能和重要价值。本文就其在特定历史背景下的特殊发展过程展开讨论,简要评述和分析了其历史渊源、艰难的开发历程,以及最终项目实施的整个过程。相信对于当今中国蓬勃的城市发展,会有一定的启示和借鉴意义。

With the unification of Germany, Berlin, once again, became the focus of the public. In the middle of 1990s, the municipal government and Groth Gruppe have invested for the development of the Tiergarten Dreieck district which locates in the famous diplomatic quarter：This block survived from the war and witnessed the history of Germany, and was once again endowed with new functions and values.This paper discusses the special proceeding in development under the unique historical background, analyzes and comments on the historical origin as well as difficulties in development, and the eventual implementation of the whole project.The research might shed some light on the urban development in China today.
