A Survey on Employment of Graduate Students and Architectural Education

文章分析和总结了近年来同济大学建筑硕士研究生就业中呈现的各种情况,这些情况对教学改革和教育管理改革提出了新的要求。文章提出应该加强建筑职业教育,传统的就业教育应逐步成为建筑职业教育的重要组成部分,变短期服务为长效引导,让更多的建筑毕业生顺利地走上施展才华之路。

This article reviews and analyzes various problems of employment of architectural graduate students from Tongji University, then puts forward that education of architectural vocation practice should be strengthened, and traditional employment education should play a more important role in education of architectural vocation, and short-term service should be changed to long-term guidance, so as to help the graduates to step on-to their career smoothly.
