英国登录建筑的选定与我国文物建筑指定制度的比较研究

Selection of Listed Building in U.K. and Appointment of Cultural Relic Building in P.R.C.

我国现行文物建筑的确认采用的是以文物保护为基础的指定制度。随着近年来国内城市化进程的发展、旧城改造的大规模推进,大量富含地方特色的历史性建筑无法得到文物建筑保护体系的有效保护。介绍了英国登录建筑的选定制度与我国文物建筑的指定制度,通过两种制度的比较研究,认为借鉴英国登录建筑选定制度在历史建筑保护、更新方面的合理因素,对于我国正在进行的城市现代化进程有着重要意义。

In our country, the affirmance of cultural relic building is a kind of appointment based on cultural relic conservation, With the development and the massive renewal in old cities during the past few years, a great deal of historical buildings abounding in local characteristic can not been protected through system of CUltUral relic building effectually. By a presentation the selection system of listed building in U.K. and the appointment system of cultural relic building in P.R.C, and comparing between them, we study the reasonable element of the protection and renewal in historical buildings. It is significant in our way of city modernization.
