建筑作品的著作权制度评介

On Copyright System of Architectural Works

结合“入世”后建筑作品著作权制度的进展,从建筑作品的特征出发,运用著作权制度的原理,论述建筑作品的对象、主体、各项权能等;力图初步构建起建筑作品著作权制度的理论框架,以期对新形势下的建筑师创作有所启发。

In accordance with the evolution of architectural copyright system ,after the entrance of WTO , the research, launched from the characteristic of architectural works, applying the principles of copyright system, discusses protection targets, right corpus, various faculties and functions. The author intends to construct the initial theory frame of architectural work copyright system. Finally, it discusses the significance of the establishment of this system.
