Based on the human need of comfortable inhabitation, this essay analyses the energy saving and environment friendly technologies adopted by ＂FengShang＂ International Apartment Houses, discusses the high-amenity and energy saving technology trend in the design of urban apartment buildings, and it points out that as a beneficial attempt, the trend will be the definite fortune of the future development of Chinese housing industry.
