明确提出民族村镇保护的两项任务:一是保护民族文化;二是消除贫困。通过贵州民族村镇保护与实践,提出民族村镇保护的几种办法和若干帮助村民消除贫困、脱贫致富的措施,同时对民族村镇保护中涉及的一些问题阐明了自己的观点。
