居住功能郊区化是城市化发展过程的一个新阶段,在我国一些大中城市和沿海经济发达地区,这一趋势已十分明显。美国是郊区化程度最高的国家,其经验值得我们借鉴。回顾了美国郊区化的背景和过程,分析了我国城市居住功能郊区化的特点,并针这一过程中出现的问题,提出了自己的思考与建议。

ABSTRACT Suburbanization of resident function is a new period of urbanization.In some Chinese big cities and costal cities, this tendency is very clearly. America is the country which get the highest suburbanized degree in the world By reviewing the suburbanized process of America and analyzing the characteristics of our country, this article put foward some suggestions in the light of the suburbanization of our country.
