摘要
从青岛市中山路地区的改造入手,分析了中山路地区的现状和现存问题,提出保护性改造,以保护为主的建议。着重探讨了城市街区空间特征和建筑文脉的保护与改造以及日建筑再利用策略。希望能给中山路的改造工程一些启示。
Through the rebuilding of Zhongshan road district in Qingdao, this article analyzes the present problem and condition of Zhongshan road district, puts forwards the advice to rebuild mainly with conservation measure. And it emphasizes to discuss the space characteristics of urban block, the conversation and rebuilding of architecture context and the recycling strategy of old buildings in order to bring some enlightenment to this rebuilding project of Zhongshan road district.
