城市优秀近代建筑保护初探——以上海市旧有花园洋房保护规划为例

Research on the Protection of Urban Excellence Modern Architecture——Taking the Protective Planning of Old Garden Villa in Shanghai

进入20世纪90年代,随着经济社会和城市现代化的迅速发展,旧城更新改建热潮发展迅猛,全国几乎所有老城币的面貌都发生了很大的变化。与此同时许多具有重要历史文化价值的旧有建筑(下称历史性建筑)和历史性街区在旧城更新改建浪潮中遭到了破坏。为了探索一条通向成功之路,作者结合上海旧有花园洋房的保护规划工作实践,对城市旧城区历史性建筑,尤其是优秀近代建筑保护与更新的具体做法进行了探讨。文中提出的一些理论和原则措施,对于建设实践和规划管理具有重要的参考价值。

This paper is devoted to a study on protective planning of historical buildings in China, including feasible principals and measures. Ever since early 80＇s, old city renovation has come to the schedule of municipal government of most Chinese cities. Along with the rapid improvement of social economic condition and great changes of city appearance, urban renewal and regeneration movements spread all over the country. Unfortunately, lots of old buildings with important historical and cultural values （＂historical buildings＂） and historic street areas were spoiled or even destroyed during the rebuilding process. On the basis of tremendous research works and case analyses about garden villa protection in Shanghai, the author probes into detail about the protection and regeneration for these historical city areas and buildings and offers valuable advice on possible protective principals and rules.
