Regression the Unpretending Design for the Residential Envirionment

分析目前国内居住区环境设计中出现概念化、形式化的不良趋势,将其表现归纳为:缺乏对基地原有自然环境的尊重,对生态等概念生搬硬套,重视视觉效果而忽视功能要求,背离人性化设计原则等。提出设计师应以务实的态度考量具体设计方式方法,以满足居住区使用者的实际需求为目标,创造真正意义上生态、健康、宜人的人居环境,并从基地的利用、绿化设计、庭院休闲场所设计和人文“软环境”设计等方面探讨了可供实践的设计原则。

Analyzing the badness trend with only conceptive and formal design emergencing in the design for residential environment in our country nowadays, the article concludes its represent as the lacking of respect to natural site, the misusage of ecological concepts, the ignorance of function and the deviation of human-based designing principles etc,. The author call on that all architects should try to weigh the various methods of design with the target of meeting the practice demands of the inhibitor and create the ecologic, health and comfortable residential environment with real meanings. Consequently, the article discusses the practical principles concerning site usage, virescence design, leisure site design in courtyard and soft humanization environments etc,.
