我国近代滨水区历史建筑的改造与游憩功能的开发——以烟台近代滨海景区更新为例

Reconstruction of the Historical Buildings of Modern Waterfront Area and Exploitation of Recreation Function——with the Renewal of Yantai Modern Seaside Landscape District as an Example

我园近代在沿江、沿海地区留下了大量具有殖民地色彩——中西合璧的历史建筑和街区,很多此类街区仍处于城市中心区位置,但面临着衰败。该文针对我国城市近代滨水区更新中面临城市职能的转变,从历史滨水区功能开发的角度,结合烟台近代滨海景区更新实践研究此类旧建筑和老街区的改造与新功能的开发。

There are a lot of old colonial buildings and blocks in historical waterfronts of China, which also locales in downtown, but are declining. Aiming at the city function changes in the renewal process of modern waterfront area in our cffy, the article research the reconstruction and the new function exploitation of this kind of buildings and blocks with the renewal practice of YanTai＇s historical waterfront area as an example from the point of function development.
