该文以江南古镇为研究对象，由江南古镇风貌解读而到江南古镇特色解读，进而从存在意义的角度对江南住居形态与人之间的运作机制加以阐发，试图从历史维度、空间维度、文化维度寻求江南古镇特色的内在结构。

With the historic towns in South East China as the study objects,this paper analyses their scene and the characteristics,and then elucidates the operation mechanism between housing forms and the person from the angle of the existence meaning in order to seek the immanent stucture about characteristics of historic towns in South East China from the history dimension,the space dimension and the culture dimension.
