世界遗产保护新趋势

NEW TENDENCY IN THE WORLD HERITAGE CONSERVATION

最新修订的2004年版《实施世界遗产公约的操作指南》,与现行的2002年版相比有很大调整,反映出世界遗产委员会对于遗产保护的策略、重点和工作方法中的若干新趋势。本文对此进行了分析,并归纳为3点:整体结构调整——板块更加明晰;保护思路调整——重点概念深化;保护方法调整——可操作性加强。

The last revised 2004 version of ＂Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of the world Heritage Convention＂differs from the current 2002 version in many ways,These reflect new tendency of the strategy,emphases and working procedure in heritage conservation of the World Heritage Committee,which can be analyzed and summarized as three essentials;revising the generalstructure to clearer partitions,revising the conservation strategy by defining important concepts and revising protection methods to make easily operated guidelines.
