本文由区域经济发展研究、概念性总体规划、重点地区城市设计三部分组成。方案设计努力保留城镇肌理,充分整合产业资源,注重生态环境的再生,充分利用奥运契机,旨在促进顺义新城新历史时期的迅速发展,为2008北京奥运会北部赛区的城市公用设施的改善提供了远景蓝图。

This paper consists of regional economic development research.conceptual overall planning,and urban desing for key regions.In attempt to retain the urban texture,the planning design fully integrates industrial resources and pays close attention to the regeneration of ecological environment.Aming at promoting the rapid development of Shun yi in a new historical period of Olympics,the desing provides a longrange blueprint for the improvement of urban public facilities in the north competition areas of 2008 Olympic games.
