DIPLOMA UNIT 07

日益增加的对于艺术的自治和自知，导致出现了这种范例式的建筑：白色立方体（白色的盒子）。这种白色盒子系统的边界被质疑：外部有来自社会的和经济上的压力，内部有在艺术实践中的压力，包括外部形象。本单元的目的是要研究在这些边界冲突的地方建筑的含意，发展一种新的自由诗歌样的系统模式，以及界定开放空间和封闭空间的途径。

The increasing autonomy and self-reference of art led to the construction of an architectural paradigm： the white cube. Yet the boundaries of the white-cube system are questioned： from the exterior by social and economical forces, from the interior by art practices which include external phenomena. The aim of Diploma Unit7 is to research the architectural implications of these border conflicts in order to develop new models of an autopoetie system and ways to define opening and closure.
