您能就AA的历史给我们做一简要介绍吗？ AA已有150年的历史，AA在1847年创立时是一种自助性的社会团体，只有老师和学生，它更多的是学生们之间相互学习的一个非常民主的过程。随后开始有了全日制的学校，并于1919年搬迁到贝德福德广场。有很多人在做着相当传统的设计而不是现代的、革新的设计，它们是更古典和传统的，直到20世纪30年代，AA才开始接受我们现在称之为现代主义的东西。1945年以后，在二次世界大战之前或之后在AA接受训练的建筑师在英国的战后重建中做了大量的工作。

Can you give us a brief introduction about the history of the AA ？ The AA has over 150 years＇ history. What the AA started in 1847 was a kind of community for self-help, not actually being teachers and students but a much more democratic process of students helping each other. Later, it began to have full-time school and moved into Bedford Square in 1919. It was full of people doing quite historibal design, not modern, not innovative, they were more classical and traditional and it wasn＇t until the 1930s, that the AA began to emb race what we now call modernism. After 1945, a lot of the post-war rebuilding of Britain were done by architects who were trained in the AA just before or after WWlI.
