SWA provided land planning, conceptual grading and landscape architecture for this 2,000-acre estate hillside residential project based on an early California country theme. The project includes an 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Fazio Associates which winds through Sycamore arroyos and grassy meadows. SWA＇s concept was to minimize grading, work with the sites natural topography and preserve the rural character through careful planting and siting of the homesites.
