Beijing Conference Center is located at 88 Laiguangying, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The project in question is a renovation project that involves a farmhouse with three courtyards that is in the Center site. The project is to provide the conference participants with a peaceful and comfortable guest room area. The three-courtyard farmhouse was used as the site office during the construction of Beijing Conference Center, thus escaping being demolished.
