摘要
本文在介绍异步转移模式(ATM)基本概念的基础上,进一步阐述了 ATM 交换机的原理、结构及主要性能参数,最后评述了实现 ATM 交换的过渡方案。
Following an introduction of the basic concept of asyn- chronous tranfer mode(ATM), the paper further expounds the principles,architectures and main functional parameters of an ATM exchange,and lastly discusses some transitional schemes of realizing ATM switching.
