大鸿制釉有限公司是由（台湾）中国制釉股份有限公司控股投资兴建，生产陶瓷色釉料，同时提供配套技术服务，现已发展成为全国最大并居来说有列的产销厂商。一手创办了大鸿制釉的公司董事长获救宪昌，含莘茹苦、励精图治，一路辅导着公司发展壮大，然而，也是他，在经历了公司前期令人瞩目的增长跨度之后。其公司进一步的增长却不如新崛起的众多色釉料小型公司。
Guangdong Sanshui T＆H Glaze CO, Ltd, a joint venture, was established by China （Taiwan） Glaze Co., Ltd （98% of shares） and Sanshui Dagang Economic Development Corporation. This company produces stain and glaze materials specialized in ceramics as well as the relevant production techniques. It has formed an operation system which is combined with manufacturing, research ＆ development, marketing and complete after-sale-service. T＆H Glaze CO, Ltd nowadays is regarded as the largest manufacturer in China and a leading enterprise in Asia in this industry. These brilliant achievements own much to the founder of T＆H, Cai Xianchang. As a first-class company in technology, management and talents, T＆H is now suffering huge pressure facing the competition from other companies. In this dilemma, Mr. Cai still chose a righteous way to confront the reality directly and prop up a sunny sky with perseverance though it is destined to be rough.
