MK-1附着体在末端游离缺损修复中的临床应用

Clinical application of MK-1 attachment at distal-extended tooth missing removable partial denture

目的:探索MK-1附着体可摘局部义齿修复牙列末端游离缺损病例的临床适应证。方法:采用MK-1附着体作为义齿固位装置,为18例单侧或双侧末端游离缺损患者制作可摘局部义齿。随访6-36个月,对义齿使用效果和基牙、牙槽嵴情况进行临床观察。结果:所有患者对义齿固位力、咀嚼功能、美观舒适性均感满意。1例患者在1年3个月时失败,改用球帽式附着体固位。7例患者在3年内加衬。5例患者有末端基牙牙槽骨吸收。结论:MK-1附着体适应用于基牙稳固的末端游离缺损病例,并能获得较为理想的修复效果。

Objective： To explore MK-1 attachment removable partial denture adaptation at distal-extended teeth missing cases. Methods： Use MK-1 attachment as denture fixing make removable dental for single or double free-end 18 cases. Results： All cases felt fine retention and masticator function and esthetic comfortable. 1 case failed aider 15 months and changed easy ball attachment. 7 cases added wad in 3 years. 5 cases had the bone lost of the end abutment teeth. Conclusion： MK-1 attachment adapt free-end case that abutment teeth were fixed and can gain relatively satisfactory effect.
