口腔颌面外科老年住院患者484例疾病谱分析

Spectrum analysis of 484 hospitalized elder patients with oral and maxillofacial diseases

目的:分析口腔颌面外科老年住院患者的发病情况以及围手术期的处理。方法:回顾口腔颌面外科老年住院患者的临床资料,分析研究其发病年龄、分类、伴发疾病以及围手术期治疗的特点。结果:484例老年住院患者中,肿瘤患者445例,占91.94%,其中60.90%为恶性肿瘤;69.63%的病人伴发1种以上系统疾病,主要的伴发疾病依次为冠心病、高血压、呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病。结论:老年口腔住院患者系统性疾病发病率较高,正确处理围手术期各疾病对于老年口腔患者手术以及术后的恢复有着重要意义。

Objective： To investigate the episode of hospitalized elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial diseases and the management in perioperative period. Methods： Retrospective study was done on the clinical data from 484 patients with oral and maxillofacial diseases,with keystone on the age, classification of diseases, concomitant disease and the characterization of perioperative cure. Results： In 484 cases, 445 patients（91.94 percent）.with tumor and 60.90 percent of them with malignant tumor, 69.63 percent accompanied with more than one complex and severe concomitant diseases, such as coronary disease, hypertension, disease of respiratory system, diabetes in order. Conclusions： There are high concomitant disease incidences in hospitalized elderly patients with oral and maxillofacial diseases.It is important to treat with the concomitant diseases during the perioperative period, and it can facilitate the therapy during and after operation.
