影响牙槽嵴牵张成骨因素的研究进展 被引量:1

Progress in factors related to distraction osteogenesis in alveolar bone

摘要 为了缩短牙槽嵴牵张成骨术治疗时间,改善成骨质量,众多学者进行了多方面的研究。牵张器不断改进,使牵张术向微创化、简单化、可控性方向发展。牵张后早期进行种植修复,可以延缓牙槽骨吸收。牵张术和GBR等技术联合应用,能扩大牵张成骨的应用范围。牙槽嵴牵张成骨中,各种细胞因子尤其是BMPs能促进成骨,加速骨质改建。本文主要对上述影响牙槽嵴牵张成骨的诸多因素进行综述。
